Personal Information: Social Security Numbers (SSNs) or Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs) For yourself, your spouse, and any dependents. Dates of Birth for all individuals included on the tax return. Income Documentation - W-2 Forms: Wage and salary statements from employers. 1099 Forms: : For non-employee compensation (e.g., freelancers, contractors). : For miscellaneous income. : For payment cards and third-party network transactions (e.g., PayPal, Venmo). : Dividend and interest income. : Proceeds from broker and barter exchange transactions. : Distributions from retirement accounts, pensions, or annuities. : Unemployment benefits or state tax refunds. K-1 Forms: For income from partnerships, estates, or trusts. Rental Income Records: Including expenses and income from property rentals. Deductions and Adjustments Home ownership Expenses: Mortgage interest statements (). Property tax receipts. Records of home office expenses (if applicable). Education Expenses: Tuition statements (). Student loan interest statements (). Charitable Contributions: Receipts for donations (cash and non-cash). Appraisal records for non-cash donations over $500. State and Local Tax Payments: Receipts for estimated tax payments. Documentation of sales or use taxes paid. Foreign Income or Assets: Foreign account reports (FBAR/FINCEN Form 114). How We Work 

Fees and Process Information: Our fees are based on the specific forms and schedules required for your IRS and State Tax filings. Accurate record-keeping can help maximize your claims and potential tax benefits. Business Owners may benefit from consultation to streamline the document-gathering process, ensuring a complete and accurate tax report that maximizes claims and benefits. Pricing Structure: •Basic Individual 1040 Tax Return: Starts at $260. Final fees depend on the complexity of your income streams, expenses and the required forms and schedules to file your Federal and State returns. •Promotional and or special circumstance discounts may apply when applicable. Our Service App and Document Submission Process Online: We recommend you use our Service App to provide your initial information about your income, expense, family status and such. And to submit your documents either via our Secure Upload Portal or Email. Upon receiving your documents, we will confirm receipt and create an electronic case file to store your information. We will contact you via email or text if additional documents are needed. Once your return is prepared, we’ll review it with you. You must approve the return by signing an e-file authorization form, which grants us permission to submit your filing to the IRS. Payment Options: Payment is due upon completion and review of the tax report before submission. Alternatively, you may choose to use our Refund Transfer Service, allowing us to deduct our fees from your refund. A service fee from our banking partner will be charged.
